The focus in the design field is shifting towards designing the unseen – like in Design Thinking and Agile – focusing on design processes, user experiences and relations. Still, the creative process is often geared towards a ‘fixed outcome’. In 4D Design we focus on the learning – allowing for unexpected outcomes that are more in alignment with our client’s reality.
