GoWoon was in charge of the first full day. Her goal was to provide a PaTi-experience to all 40 applicants within a collaborative setting, so that the PaTi-team could evaluate the applicants. The application workshop was designed around the social skill set needed to collaborate.
The applicants were divided into five groups and could choose to work on either of these two societally relevant topics: Designing a blockchain based coin system, or creating a flag for the Unified Korean team. (It was right before the PyeongChang Olympics🙂
GoWoon designed a setting wherein the applicants could be observed and evaluated (guided by OECD´s research about future skills), and she facilitated the day. She also designed the evaluation system and trained her fellow teachers in how to evaluate the applicants during the day.
